Hi, I’m Johanna, the founder of Like Honey Stories, content creator for over a decade, and a past bride mysel.

When I was planning my own wedding, I fell in love with capturing the little moments along the way and sharing them on my Instagram and TikTok (Johanna_liana). From picking my dream dress, to making decoration decisions and DIY welcome signs. 

Then the wedding was over… and I realised how much I missed it all. Weddings are so beautiful, fun and full of love and I didn't want this chapter to end I guess, haha!

After more than 10 years creating content, it felt only natural to bring everything together: storytelling, editing, emotion. And that's how Like Honey Stories was founded.

Like Honey Stories specialises in capturing weddings exactly as they feel: real, raw, unfiltered moments, filmed candidly and turned into beautiful highlight reels you can relive again and again. Think of it as seeing your day through your best friend’s lens - only with a trained eye and thoughtful editing.

Being part of someone’s wedding day is such an honour, and I don’t take it lightly. Alongside my carefully chosen Like Honey Stories team, I’m so excited to capture all the sweet moments for couples all across New Zealand!
